As a Realtor, helping clients close one chapter of their lives and open the next while making friends at the same time. As a team leader, getting to motivate and be a part of an awesome group of people that care so much and work so hard each and every day.
How do you create motivation for yourself and for your team?

The North Atlanta market – Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Cumming, Lake Lanier. Also, in Luxury Market Sales in metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Why do you want to have a team?
Support for myself and my clients. It honestly takes a village or a strong sense of community to do a good job for clients and for your family. I believe having friendships and team members willing to assist you and your clients is the key.

Are there any Atlanta Areas that you feel you specialize in? What are they?
I am lucky enough to have developed a great client base that have made my business a referral based one where past clients send me their friends and family, so my clients drive what areas I sell. However, I live in Dunwoody and my kids have attended Marist with my youngest attending St Jude the Apostle so I definitely specialize in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody.
What one word do (or would) your team members use to describe you?
Enthusiastic – I am naturally a high energy person (no caffeine needed) so there are times when I may get a bit more excitable than others.
What are your favorite ways to give back and help the community? Passion Projects?
I love my church and kids’ schools, so I will give time and money to them when needed. I also feel very blessed with what I have and know that so many are in need so I’m committed to giving to those less fortunate than me. First, I try to always have some cash in my wallet, so that when I see someone homeless, I give them some cash, whether it be $1 or $20. I also sponsor a family in need each Christmas and try to outfit each member, as well as give them gift cards, cash, etc.
Home State: Virginia
Family Members: Matt McAluney is my college sweetheart and husband of 25 years. Colin is my oldest son who attends Clemson University as a junior. Camryn is my oldest daughter who attends TCU as a freshman. Caelyn is my baby girl who is 11 years old and a 6th grader at St. Jude.
